Profile Information: Custom pseudonym (username), avatar accent color, optional bio, and profile avatar. Your real name is never displayed publicly.
User Content: Polls, votes, comments, posts, and direct messages you create within the app.
Media: Photos and voice notes shared in chat or posts.
Device Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver push notifications.

2. Device Permissions We Request

CAMERA: To capture photos for profile pictures, photo polls, and direct messages.
RECORD AUDIO (Microphone): To record and send voice notes in direct chat.
POST NOTIFICATIONS: To alert you of incoming messages, friend requests, votes, and comments.
INTERNET & NETWORK STATE: To communicate securely with Firebase servers over Wi-Fi and mobile data.

3. Third-Party Services

We partner with trusted Google services that handle data under strict security standards:

Google Firebase: Authentication, Cloud Firestore database, and Cloud Messaging.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You have complete control over your data. You can delete your account anytime directly from the app's Settings screen with a 7-day grace period, or request immediate deletion by contacting developer support.

BUNK maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate content. Users have full access to in-app reporting and blocking tools.

Instantly block malicious users to terminate any direct interaction.

Reported content is prioritized for immediate review, removal, and permanent account termination.
